To ensure the best experience with your handcrafted ECLARA candle, please keep the following in mind:
Trim the wick before each burn
Keep the wick around 3–5mm to maintain a clean, even flame and reduce soot.
Always allow a full melt pool
Let the wax melt to the edges on the first burn (usually 1–2 hours) to avoid tunneling and extend your candle’s life.
Burn in a safe environment
Place the candle on a heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, curtains, pets, and children.
Do not burn for more than 3 hours at a time
Give the candle time to cool before relighting to preserve its shape and hand-painted details.
Stop use when 1cm of wax remains
This protects both the vessel and the surface beneath it.
Avoid touching or moving a lit or warm candle
Hot wax and softened sculptural details may become delicate during burning.
Store your candle properly
Keep it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight to preserve the fragrance and painted finish.
Returns will be accepted for up to 30 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
